Conference Notes*

• Conference registration fee is inclusive of CONFERENCE PROGRAM, CONFERENCE KIT, TWO TIMES COFFEE BREAK, LUNCH, GALA DINNER and CITY TOUR.
  
• The registration fee does not include ACCOMMODATION, TRAVEL EXPENSES OR PUBLICATION FEES.
• Please note that publication fees are not included and will be charged separately according to the applicable article processing charges (APCs).
• All presenters are eligible for the Early Bird registration, provided that full payment is received on or before 1 November 2026. Payments received after this date will be subject to the regular registration fee.

• All fees must be paid in Ringgit Malaysia or US Dollar. Any bank charges will be borne by the participant.

• Official receipt will be issued only if proof of payment is provided.
• All participants of the conference are required to pay a registration fee by 27 February 2027.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees for the conference are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in participation.
